Hold to the Rod
And the Spirit giveth light to every man that cometh into the world; and the Spirit enlighteneth every man through the world, that hearkeneth to the voice of the Spirit. And every one that hearkeneth to the voice of the Spirit cometh unto God, even the Father. D&C 84:46-47

The PoWeR Award
Prayer,
Writing, and
Reading Scriptures
The real desire of this goal is that you will develop a lifelong habit of reaching to God through daily communication. Taking time to pray each morning and evening, to express your thoughts in writing in your prayer journal, and reading from the scriptures will provide a strength in your life that cannot be described.
The goal is for you to do these three things for 180 days. Every day that you complete a perfect PWR day, mark off a box. If you miss a day, don’t skip a box, just mark the very next box the next day that you read. There is a 60 Day award, a 120 Day award, a 180 Day award, a 240 Day award, and (if you only miss 4 or less days between March 1st and February 28th of the next year) a 300 Day award. The 180 Day award is required to earn the Yearly Pebbles Award.

Run and Not Be Weary
All saints ... shall receive health in their navel and marrow in their bones; And shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures; And shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint. D&C 89:18 - 20

Physical Fitness
Our body is the temple for our spirit, and if we desire to be a tool in God’s hands, surely He would have us take care of that tool and keep it in its finest shape. Set a goal that will help you improve your physical fitness.
For Example:
Set a regular exercise, dance, or gymnastics program and stay on schedule with it for four weeks.
Set a goal to go for two weeks without sugary treats.
Decide to go for one month without taking seconds at meal-times or when refreshments are served.
Become a hiking guru. Take 3 successive hikes, each one longer than the last.
e.g. Hike to the water spring … then hike Mt. Timpanogos … then hike Nebo.
Consider your own hygiene routines and set a goal to change something you feel needs improvement.
